The breakfast room of the "Les 3 officiers" guesthouse features authentic Lorraine antiques and a large fireplace, typical of historic Meuse houses, where a good fire is lit.
You will be welcomed by steams of freshly toasted bread and scents of cakes straight from the oven.
The charming dining-room with its historic decor will transport you through time.
Following his inspiration and what is available at the market, Frederick will offer you a gourmet local cuisine, simmered by the fire, revisiting Lorraine cuisine traditions : stew with questsches, 7 hour-leg of lamb with quinces, burbot with bacon, Roquefort terrine, rapsberry soufflé...
A meal at the "Table d'hôtes" consists of an aperitif, a starter, the main course with its side dish, a choice of cheeses, a dessert followed by coffe, tea or herbal tea from the garden.
Meals are served on reservation.
In case you anticipate a late arrival, you deserve a reward and comfort after the road ! You prefer staying comfortably huddled in your bedroom ? No problem, enjoy, take care of yourselves !
In the spirit of the "Les 3 officiers" guesthouse, light-meals gives pride of place to local production and to home-made dishes.
Light-meals are served in the rooms or ( according to the weather) in the garden on reservation.
